The next stage after Fact Find is the Survey Stage. During the Survey Stage more details and measurements are collected and we discuss the architectural design in more detail. We will email all the drawings to you.

Planning Stage
At this stage you need to take time to think about the plans and whether they give you the space you need. We will then meet to discuss any changes and answer any questions you may have.The necessary revisions are then made.
Once any changes that need to be made have been made the Application is submitted via the planning portal.
